Sharon has been passionate about fitness for all of her life. Always a competitor, she competes hard against others and herself. Sharon followed competitive swimming in high school and college with marathons and triathlons, and was introduced to Pilates by one of her coaches. Already at a high fitness level, Sharon found that Pilates proved to be the extra challenge that she needed to take her fitness to the next level -- gaining core strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. She recently decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her passion for fitness by completing certifications in personal training and Pilates mat. She now incorporates Pilates in all of her client workouts and describes an hour of Pilates as one of her favorite and most effective whole body fitness routines.
