Kim has been active through most of her life. She began studying dance at an early age and received her B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Oklahoma.
Kim was first introduced to Pilates mat as a teenager and continued her Pilates studies through college. Kim has earned certifications in mat and standing (Tye4) Pilates from Physical Mind Institute and she has taken Reformer 1 training from Balanced Body.
When Kim is not at Pilates, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
