Yogi, Marathoner, Ironman. Jenny believes that yoga makes it possible for athletes to continue their journeys injury free. Her yoga classes are focused on core strength and flexibility. She takes care to craft the class to the abilities and needs of her students each time. Whether, in her words, "hot and sweaty" or "slow and stretchy," you will be challenged in a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Jenny received her RYT 200 training under the direction of Michele Stamos in 2014. She is the 5 hour marathon group coach with Runners High Club in Houston. In 2015, she became an Ironman with a 13:46 finish at Ironman Texas. She is a corporate attorney by day, wife to her high school sweetheart, and mom to her fur babies.
