Class/Session Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled 8 hours in advance in order for the cancellation to be considered an early cancel. If cancelled within 8 hours of the class the cancellation is considered a late cancel, and the class will be deducted from the student’s package.If policy is not adhered to, loss of class/session may result. After 2 absences a $5 fee may be assessed for each absence. 4 or more may result in loss of package. We do understand that from time to time emergencies may come up, and these circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

If cancelled within 24 hours of the session the cancellation is considered a late cancel, and the student will still be charged for the session. Sessions cancelled 24 hours in advance will be credited to your Happy Belly Studios account (not refunded). We do understand that from time to time emergencies may come up, and these circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Special Events/Workshops must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order for the cancellation to be considered an early cancel. If cancelled within 24 hours of the Special Event/Workshop the cancellation is considered a late cancel, and the student will still be charged for the Special Event/Workshop. Special Events/Workshops cancelled 24 hours in advance will be credited to your Happy Belly Studios account (not refunded). Please see the refund policy for Special Events/Workshops below. We do understand that from time to time emergencies may come up, and these circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Package/Membership Expiration and Termination Policy
We require a minimum of a 4 month commitment for any Auto-Renewing Monthly Membership, and a 30-day cancellation notice (in writing) prior to the next bill date for termination of a package.If you choose to cancel your membership before your four month commitment is up there will be a $150 fee. If an unexpected illness or other emergency should arise, memberships can be “frozen” on a one-time basis. You are only allowed to freeze your account once during your four month commitment. The length of the “freeze” will be considered on case-by-case basis. While the account is “frozen” the student is unable to attend yoga/Pilates classes at Happy Belly Studios. If you freeze your account you must pay a $25 reinstatement fee before you return.
Unaccompanied Children/Minors
No children are allowed in the studio at any time without parental supervision, no exceptions.
Refund/Return Policy
No refunds will be issued for classes, sessions, packages, or memberships. In the event of an early cancellation the class or session in question will be credited to the student’s Happy Belly Studios account.
Cancellation prior to 1 month = 90% refund to student’s Happy Belly Studios account
Cancellation 3-4 weeks prior = 75% refund to student’s Happy Belly Studios account
Cancellation 2 weeks prior = 50% refund to student’s Happy Belly Studios account
Cancellation 2-7 days prior = 25% refund to student’s Happy Belly Studios account
No refund within 24 hours of event!
In most circumstances, all sales are final. Any consumable products are non-refundable. Retail items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Receipt must be presented at time of exchange. Item must still be in original packaging, and clothing cannot be worn or washed. The tag must still be on the item. No returns!
